Foi neste lugar que Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen teve inspiração para várias das suas obras poéticas. Local onde passou parte da sua infância, Sophia olhava através das grandes janelas da casa, sonhando e inventado personagens presentes no jardim.

Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen was inspired in this place for her poetic works, where she spent part of her childhood. She looked through the large windows of the house, dreaming and inventing characters present in the garden.
